An Introduction

So, I guess I've strayed far from my brothers in brewing over at Flagon Slayers. They hold meetings and brew quite a bit and for a while I was one of the most beloved members of the brotherhood. But, since then I have fallen into depression and become quite a hermit.

I'm rarely seen in the world of the norm anymore. I rarely go out for a beer. I tend to stay in. There are few brewers that I can respect and they are the ones who adhere to the simple rule of, there are no rules. I respect the moonshiners of S.P.A.T. (or as I lovingly call S.P.I.T., sorry you'd have to know them to know the joke). I respect my comrades at Flagon Slayers, I respect those who try something new, destroy convention and traditions, and most of all those who know that it's not just C6H12O6 that you need to get a good batch of 2(CH3CH2OH). You need love, madness, chaos, and passion.

In this, I present my latest batch of brew called sweet mung wine. I will say that I used many ingredients, the recipes will stay secret to encourage experimentation. I will say I used the beloved mung bean (though lacking in sugar, it is packed full of proteins), rice, and minuet amounts of honey.

My brewing contraptions are gone, so I have improvised. 2 Liter bottles, coffee filters, crock pots, and tasers are all used in my brewing. I love you sweet dear chaos.
